Pat is Cohn & Wolfe’s Chief Branding Officer with global responsibility for driving superior brand marketing acumen throughout agency teams. She is a firm believer in the power of brands to build triple bottom lines. Pat also is responsible for oversight of key accounts including Walmart and Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Prior to her current position, Pat served for 10 years as president and general manager of the agency’s Los Angeles office, which she grew to seven times its initial size during her tenure.

Pat is proud to have led teams that have earned more than 350 national and regional professional awards of excellence in virtually every PR category recognized. Before C&W, Pat co-founded an independent Los Angeles-based agency, Douglas Consulting Group, which was acquired by Cohn & Wolfe in 1999. As a partner and president of that firm, Pat managed award-winning public relations programs for leading brands such as Starbucks, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Taco Bell, Del Monte, Sega of America, Hunt-Wesson, Upper Deck, Kahlua and Sara Lee. She also was instrumental in the establishment of The DVD Entertainment Group, and marketing communications management for The Interactive Digital Software Association (IDSA) as well as the industry’s national trade show, the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3).

Pat is a cum laude graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and holds a master’s degree in journalism from the University of Southern California.
